The LED status indicator is on and no blink: Normal operation state.

Blink twice: Under(90Vac) or over voltage(305Vac) protection. Please check your power supply if it’s stable or not.

Blink three times: Short or open circuit protection. Your ballasts will attempt to restart after 100 seconds, and it will automatically shutdown after 20 minutes if the problems still occur.

Blink four times: High temperature safety shut down. Your ballast will automatically restart when the internal temperature is under 55°C(131°F)
